Bicycle Assembler

The Bicycle Assembler is responsible for daily bicycle assembly and quality control, ensuring high standards are maintained at distribution centres while representing the organization in the field. The role includes educating bicycle recipients on product features and basic maintenance, providing feedback to management on performance issues, and delivering technical training to Field Mechanics. The position also involves maintaining ongoing engagement with trained mechanics regarding spare parts, quality checks, and general support, along with any additional duties assigned by management.
