Shop Controller (Bicycles & Spare Parts) Regions- (Palabek, Kampala & West Nile) The Shop Controller is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations and driving regional sales performance under the guidance of the Business Development Manager. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing short-term sales and marketing strategies, managing shop finances and reporting, and ensuring efficient customer service and operations. Key duties include building and maintaining customer relationships, expanding alternative sales channels (such as dealers, supermarkets, MFIs, and NGOs), managing accounts receivable, supervising the shop mechanic, and ensuring the shop remains operational, organized, and clean. The position also involves collecting market intelligence and coordinating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have basic sales experience (1–2 years), customer service skills, knowledge of accounting and inventory management, strong communication abilities (including English and Kiswahili), and a willingness to learn technical aspects of bicycle mechanics and repair.
