Global Refugee Response

Global Refugee Response (GRR) is an independent non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting refugees and host communities in Uganda. Our main office is located in Bidi Bidi Refugee Settlement, Yumbe District, one of the largest refugee settlements in the world. With strong support from partners in Canada and Australia, GRR works across key settlements including Bidi Bidi, Nakivale, Kyangwali, and Rwamwanja. We focus on delivering practical humanitarian assistance, strengthening local capacity, and creating dignified opportunities for refugees. Our work prioritizes community-based support, efficient field operations, and inclusive employment. We believe in restoring hope through reliable presence, transparent practices, and meaningful partnerships. GRR is committed to serving refugees with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
