We believe in excellence, integrity, teamwork, and continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: Support Quality Control Assist in checking that materials delivered to site meet project specifications. Observe and learn how to assess the quality of workmanship during various stages of construction. Support the full-time CoW in recording and reporting quality observations. Assist in Compliance Monitoring Learn how to identify and report any deviations from approved designs or standards. Support the CoW in ensuring that site practices align with building codes and project specifications. Participate in Site Inspections Accompany the Clerk of Works during routine site visits. Observe inspection processes and assist in noting key observations. Assist in compiling site inspection reports. Learn Drawing Interpretation Gain experience in reading architectural and engineering drawings. Support the CoW in cross-checking site work against drawings and specifications. Learn to identify and raise questions about drawing discrepancies under supervision. Documentation & Reporting Assist in maintaining the daily site diary including weather, work progress, and materials used. Help organize and file reports, inspection checklists, and photo records. Support periodic reporting on construction progress and quality. Problem Observation and Resolution Learn to identify common defects in materials or workmanship. Support the CoW in documenting issues and following up on resolutions. Communication and Site Coordination Observe and assist in communication between contractors, architects, and engineers. Attend site meetings to gain exposure to coordination discussions and issue resolution. Support Workmanship Monitoring Assist in monitoring installation of key components like concrete works, finishes, plumbing, and electricals under guidance. Help verify that work aligns with approved drawings and project quality expectations. Exposure to Project Planning Support tracking of construction progress against project milestones. Learn about version control and how updated drawings are managed and communicated on site. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes. Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent observation and attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and provide objective reports on site conditions. Requirements A diploma or degree (completed or ongoing) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to work full-time on active construction sites Professional attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and email) Ability to work under supervision and contribute to a team Previous internship or field attachment experience is an added advantage, but not required Apply by 31st Jan 2026 2 Min video explaining why we should hire you.
