-Excellent customer care from all Instructors. -Training and refresher training on Instructors East African Community Curriculum. -Assessment prior to recruitment. -Participating in Instructors’ Interviews. -Making sure Instructors have received documents ( Licenses and Certificate of Fitness) Insurance. -Ensuring all Instructors' challenges are heard and resolved in a timely manner. -Adhering and protecting company policies and procedures and ensuring the same is followed by Instructors ( Core values, Mission, Vision). -Ensuring sales and Customer care is achieved at branch level from --Instructors by supporting both Instructors and management. -In reference to above reporting and ensuring reported issues are resolved to ensure sales and customer care expectations are met. -Ensure and make sure that all the instructor’s mechanical challenges are resolved on time by respective parties. -Improving his department and making sure it operates at Optimum level. -Ensuring cleanliness and brand image of the cars and the Instructors is up to standard. -Support turn around time of fueling of cars. -Report any disciplinary issues to the respective manager. -Sit in for instructors if required. -Detect, prevent and eliminate cases of Fraud and any mismanagement by the branch staff and associates. -Make sure accurate, proper and complete reports and submit within agreed timelines. -And other duties assigned by the supervisor.
