Program Design & Planning Needs assessment and situational analysis Logical frameworks (LogFrame) and theory of change 2. Proposal & Grant Writing Strong writing skills for funding proposals Budget development and donor compliance 3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Designing indicators and tracking results Data analysis and reporting 4.
