You’ll create and manage campaigns, generate leads, support the sales process, and use digital tools and data to improve results. What You’ll Do Plan and run campaigns across social media, email, search, and other digital channels. Create engaging content that attracts and converts customers. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads in partnership with the sales team. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with practical recommendations. Maintain website content and support basic updates or troubleshooting. Use CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and other business tools effectively. Identify opportunities to improve digital processes, customer experience, and sales performance. Keep up with relevant digital marketing trends and technology. What We’re Looking For Experience in digital marketing, sales, marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of online marketing channels and lead-generation techniques. Confident written and verbal communication skills. A practical, customer-focused approach to sales and relationship building. Comfort using websites, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and common business software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technology quickly. Good organization and the ability to manage multiple projects. Bonus: Experience with SEO, paid advertising, email campaigns, website tools, design software, or marketing automation.
